I am a māmā of five and a Māori midwife, residing in the East of Ōtautahi. My mahi is deeply rooted in providing warm, nurturing, and culturally empowering care. Pregnancy is a sacred journey, and I am here to walk alongside you—offering knowledge, options, and support that align with you and your whānau. My role is to help you feel prepared, strong, and at peace—whether through education, information, or holding space for your energy to remain tau (calm) and grounded.

I practise through a holistic lens, acknowledging that each hapūtanga comes with its own rhythm and lessons. I am passionate about reintegrating mātauranga Māori in pregnancy and birth. I support the wider whānau in the hapūtanga space, encouraging whānau hands on pēpi first.

I work closely with three incredible Māori Midwives at Ōhua Midwives.

I hold my clinic every Wednesday at Te Puawaitanga, located in Eastgate Mall and Fridays at Rehua Marae.
