I am a māmā of five and a Māori midwife living in the East of Ōtautahi. I am deeply whānau-oriented, and outside of midwifery, you will find me enjoying whānau time, studying reo Māori, throwing some kind of ball around, singing, laughing, and eating!

My mahi is to support you and wrap your whānau in care and aroha. I am easygoing by nature, and this flows into my mahi. I am your calm in the storm, reminding you of your strength when you need it most.

I am led by tikanga Māori and practice through a holistic lens, recognising that every hapūtanga has its own rhythm and flow. Mātauranga Māori sits at the foundation of my mahi, guiding the way I care, connect, and walk alongside you on your journey.

I work closely with four incredible Māori Midwives at Ōhua Midwives.

I hold clinic every Wednesday at Te Puawaitanga, located in Eastgate Mall and Fridays at Rehua Marae.
