Kia ora, my name is Lauren, and I am a New Zealand–trained midwife based in Newtown, working alongside my practice partners at Miramar Midwives.

I am currently transitioning from hospital-based midwifery into LMC practice from April 2026. Any antenatal care you may require before April 2026 will be provided by my trusted practice partners to ensure continuity and high-quality care.

I am passionate about sharing evidence-based information and supporting whānau to make decisions that feel right for them. My practice is grounded in respect, partnership, and personalised care.
