I am an LMC midwife here on the Coast providing continuity of care in pregnancy, from conception to 6-weeks postpartum. I am passionate about whānau wellbeing and what better place to start than supporting the journey of new life. Pregnancy, childbirth, and raising a child is both joyous and challenging. My role is to accompany you through this time, to guide & inform you, empower you to make choices that align with your whānau, and to keep you and your pēpi/baby safe and healthy. I will support you to birth at home or in hospital - working collaboratively with the hospital team where needed.

I live in the beautiful seaside town of Rapahoe and cover from Hokitika to Westport. As I have a young child of my own, I will only be taking a small caseload in 2026/27. This also allows me to spend quality time with you and provide full continuity of care.

I am proud to call myself a Māori midwife. He uri au nō Ngāpuhi, though I was born and raised in Christchurch and I now call Te Tai O Poutini my home. I work with the amazing group of midwives at Pikorua Midwifery who may be involved in aspects of your care too as we support one another to have sustainable time off.
