Hello, I’m Ri. I live in North Canterbury with my husband, our two wonderful children, and our much-loved furbaby. My journey into midwifery began with the birth of my own children and a deep passion for women’s health. As an LMC midwife, I feel incredibly privileged to walk alongside whānau throughout their maternity journey, providing compassionate, woman-centred, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.

I believe in building genuine relationships and creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed choices that are right for you and your family. My aim is to help you feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postnatal experience.

I hold clinics at Rangiora Maternity on Mondays and on Cranford Street on Wednesday mornings, providing midwifery care across North Christchurch and North Canterbury. I am proud to work alongside the supportive and experienced team at Your Choice Midwives. I support you throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and up to six weeks postpartum. Whether you choose to birth at home, at Rangiora Hospital, Kurawaka: Waipapa, or Christchurch Women’s Hospital, I am here to support you in the setting where you feel safest and most comfortable.
