I’m Lauren, a registered midwife based in Invercargill/Southland, where I live with my husband and our two children. Experiencing pregnancy and becoming a mother has given me a deep appreciation of the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, and has strongly shaped my belief in the importance of women having a voice that is truly heard, valued, and respected.

I provide full continuity of midwifery care, building trusting relationships while supporting women and their whānau throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. I am passionate about informed, woman-centred care and creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your own choices.

I work alongside my practice partners, Jane and Sarah, sharing a caseload to provide care that is safe, consistent, and truly centred on you.
