I'm Sarah, a registered midwife based in Invercargill/Southland, where I live with my husband and our four children. My own positive experiences of pregnancy and birth have deeply shaped my approach to care and inspire the work I do every day.

I provide full continuity of midwifery care, supporting women and whānau through pregnancy, labour and birth, and the postpartum period. I am passionate about informed women-centred care and strongly believe in empowering families to make choices that feel right for them. Building trusting respectful relationships is at the heart of my practice.

I share a balanced caseload with my practice partners Jane Pleasance and Lauren Plato to ensure women receive personalised, safe and consistent care throughout their journey.
