I’m Elle, a registered midwife, providing care to families across the wider Dunedin area. I was born and raised in Dunedin, where I live with my husband, two children, two dogs, and a growing collection of indoor plants. Before midwifery, I worked in tourism, but my empowering birth experiences showed me the importance of the partnership between midwife and family, inspiring the change.

I believe birth is a natural and powerful process, recognising that every journey is unique. My approach to care focuses on strong, trusting relationships, respect, evidence-based practice, and ensuring you are supported in making informed choices and decisions.

I provide continuous care throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and up to six weeks postnatally. I offer care for both home and hospital births and work to ensure that your chosen birth setting aligns with your values, needs, and sense of safety.

If additional care or interventions are needed, I will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, keeping you involved in every decision. I am committed to creating a safe space where your voice is valued, your choices are respected, and you feel supported every step of the way.
