About me
Kia ora, congratulations on your hapūtanga/ pregnancy.
I love my role as a midwife. I give time to whānau to build relationships so I can provide care that is individualised for each whānau needs and wishes.
I have a special interest in hauora/ holistic health and sharing knowledge for enhancing health and wellbeing for hapūtanga/ pregnancy, birth and postnatal care. I share skills to support natural/ physiological birth.
I feel passionate about providing the choice for home birth as I have over decades of midwifery seen the benefits of remaining in ones familiar home environment. I also enjoy providing care in Wellington hospital. I believe that whānau are at the centre of the decision making and that my role is to support, share information and provide good clinical care throughout my midwifery care.
I work in Domino Midwives practice, a fabulous collective of midwives providing compassionate evidence based midwifery care. We work well together to provide a safe environment for all whānau.
My antenatal clinics are held in our Clinic in Newtown. I also offer home visits when necessary, and postnatal visits are made at your home for 4 to 6 weeks.
If you'd like to get in touch, feel free to make an enquiry through our website: https://www.dominomidwives.co.nz/make-an-enquiry
