I’m Liz, a registered midwife, māmā of five, and passionate homebirther. My own experiences of pregnancy, birth, and parenting have shaped my belief that every whānau deserves personalised, respectful, and evidence-based care throughout their journey.

Pregnancy can bring a mix of excitement, questions and big decisions. My role is to walk alongside you so you feel informed, supported and confident in the choices you make for yourself and your pēpi.

I run a clinic from Naenae Medical Centre, and I’m also happy to negotiate home visits when that works better for whānau. I aim to primarily support home and primary births and also can take care of you at Hutt Hospital. I take a caseload of 3 people per month and prioritise whānau who receive care from the Naenae Medical Centre.
