I have been a midwife since 2003 and love my job. I cannot imagine doing anything else. It’s such a privilege working with women and their families at such a wonderful time of their life.

I love supporting women through normal labour and birth, always referring them to the appropriate professional necessary. I look after women and their family during pregnancy, labour and birth and up to 4-6 weeks after birth. I am on call for you, taking regular weekends off to spend with my own family and to refuel.

I am married to a wonderful man named Matt and we have our own boy named Jakob and girl Grace. I am also an auntie to 5 beautiful children of my sister and sister in law.

I love outdoor sports as does my husband and I do a number of crafts/hobbies.
