Congratulations on your hapūtanga. I am a Māori midwife with over 8+years experience based in Ōtautahi.

It is my honour to work and live here on my tūrangawaewae, where I was raised and where I am raising my three tamariki.

I provide primary health care to whānau on their journey through pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal period.

I am passionate about promoting kaupapa Māori birthing practices and supporting my Pacifica cousins and takatāpui whānau.

I believe in natural birth, I will support natural birth, at home, in birthing units and waterbirth. But when medically indicated I can support you at Christchurch Women’s Hospital.

I look forward to supporting you and your whānau through this special time in your life.

Please note due to having a smaller caseload I recommend booking early and if you're a returning whānau, I will always have a space for you.

My amazing practice is Manaakitia midwives.

My clinics are on the East Side, where I live and work. Tuesdays clinic is at Piki te Ora and Thursdays clinic is at Purapura Whētu, both between school hours 930am and 4pm.
