Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Ko Severine tōku ingoa. I am originally from France and have lived in Aotearoa since 2008. I previously worked as a core midwife at Te Whatu Ora MidCentral DHB.

I am epidural certified and support births at home, at the birthing centre, and in hospital, so you can choose the place of birth that feels right for you and your whānau.

I provide continuity of care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. Antenatal appointments are at our Pirie Street practice, and postnatal visits are usually at home.

I keep a small caseload of three to four clients per month and work with my practice partners and the wider maternity system when needed to ensure safe and seamless care.

My care is based on partnership, whakawhanaungatanga, shared decision-making, and culturally safe practice in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
