Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy! I’m Sarah, a registered midwife based on Auckland’s North Shore. I offer compassionate, holistic, and individualised care through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period.

I believe birth is a natural, powerful experience and am here to support, inform, and empower you every step of the way. My approach is grounded in partnership, respect, and trust.

I support a variety of birth options including homebirth, birthing centres, hospital births, VBACs, and waterbirths. I am particularly passionate about homebirth as a safe, empowering choice for well women with low-risk pregnancies.

I work closely with other health professionals to ensure the safest care possible. I’m proud to be part of The Cottage Midwives, a warm, experienced team who share the same woman-centred philosophy. It’s a privilege to be invited into this part of your life, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
