Hi there and congratulations on your pregnancy.

The journey to being parents can be a very exciting time and my role as your midwife is to support you to be the best you can be. I strive to offer both professional and informative care to help you make the choices that are right for you.

I enjoy supporting women to birth in the environment that they feel the safest, that can be either at home, a primary unit or in our tertiary unit - Christchurch Women's Hospital.

I provide the full continuum of care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal time, including support of an epidural if needed. I have both the knowledge and experience caring for high-risk women and their pregnancies, through my years as a midwife (registered 2006) and having worked in our tertiary unit.

Whilst I am part of the Halswell Midwifery team, I do mainly care for clients who live around the North-West of the city. Your pregnancy care is provided on a Tuesday, in my clinic in Papanui at "The Midwife Clinic" I visit you at home for all of your care after the birth, until your baby is 6 weeks old.
