I am a Lead Maternity Carer (LMC) midwife based in East Auckland, providing continuity of maternity care throughout your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey.

I am passionate about supporting women to have a positive and empowering birth experience. Through personalised antenatal education, healthy nutrition and exercise, I encourage you to build confidence, understand your choices, and actively participate in your pregnancy and birth care. Over the past 15 years as an LMC midwife, I have maintained a strong focus on supporting physiological birth where it is safe and appropriate.

Building a trusting relationship with you and your whānau is at the heart of my practice. I will be there to support, guide and advocate for you throughout your journey, while respecting your individual needs, values and choices.
