Kia Ora! Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I’m Paris, I am a friendly, empathetic, and open-minded midwife. I believe in creating a strong partnership with you and your whānau to help best support you during your pregnancy, however that may look for you.

This may be a new journey for you, or one you have already been on before and as each pregnancy and birth is different, I provide individualised, evidence-based, and equitable care. I will share my knowledge with you, enabling you to make informed decisions that best suit you and your whānau.

I work closely alongside my supportive practice Ōtautahi Midwives. Our practice shares a similar philosophy in supporting wāhine to have the birth experience they desire. I work with you to break down any fears around childbirth that you may have, in order to provide a safe and empowering birth experience.

I hold clinics on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons on Durham Street South, and Wednesday afternoons in Parklands and will see you at home postnatally until 4-6 weeks postpartum.
