Kia ora and congratulations on your pregnancy! I’m Olivia, a community midwife working in Christchurch.

I provide calm, approachable midwifery care rooted in the understanding that pregnancy and birth are natural life experiences. I prioritize clear communication and respectful collaboration, and so you can feel supported, confident, informed, and empowered throughout your pregnancy. I aim to provide care that blends evidence-based practice with compassion and respect for each woman’s unique journey.

I am part of Halswell Village Midwives; a supportive, experienced group of midwives who work closely together to offer personalised and continuous care.

I support birth at home, in local primary units of Kurawaka Waipapa and Oromairaki, and at Christchurch Women’s Hospital when medically indicated. I provide continuity of care from early pregnancy, through labour and birth, and for 5-6 weeks postpartum.
