I’m a community midwife with Pregnancy Matters Midwives in the Barrington/Spreydon area of Christchurch. I have been supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period for the past 13 years, and it is a role I truly love.

My approach to midwifery is calm, supportive, and personalised. I believe trust, good communication, and patience are key to helping women feel confident and well supported.

I work closely with my practice partner, Abby Harding. We both have small caseloads and work week-on/week-off on-call, caring for each other’s clients as if they were our own. 

We support women planning to birth at home, in a primary unit (Kurawaka), or at Christchurch Women’s Hospital. Our aim is to help you have a positive, informed, and empowering birth experience.
