About me
Hello , my name is Yong Wen , I prefer to be called Moon. Moon in Chinese culture represents harmony and beauty.
I graduated from Otago Polytechnic Midwifery School in 2004, I have been a midwife in Christchurch community as a Lead Maternity Care (LMC ) since 2006. I provide one to one midwifery care to meet women and their family needs in a professional manner. I understand well the culture of Asian in childbearing period and I love to support the woman and her family during those special moment. My midwifery care to my clients is mostly based at Christchurch Womens' Hospital and the primary birth unit in Christchurch city centre.
I come from China but Christchurch is my beautiful home. Me and my husband have two children, they both born in New Zealand.
