My name is Mellisa (Mel), First and foremost I am a mama to 3 tamariki and we live on the North Shore in Auckland. I whakapapa to Nga Puhi, Palmerston in the Cook Islands and Raiatea in Tahiti.

As a midwife I am passionate about providing a safe, respectful, informed and empowering space for wāhine to make informed decisions about the care they receive on their haputanga haerenga. I am passionate about low-risk, physiological birthing and have a fond interest of traditional Māori birth practices and provide this care through a Te Ao Maori lens.

My clinic is currently based in Glendene but I am happy to provide care to those residing in both the North Shore and Waitakere areas.
