Birth is a normal life event and I will work with you to promote physiological birth. My passion is to support and empower women and their families through parenthood and to empower them to believe in themselves. I practise in partnership and provide individualised care based on evidence, consulting with other health care professionals in a prompt manner to keep you and your baby safe as this is my main priority. I aim to work in a culturally sensitive manner ensuring integrity, honesty, respect and compassionate care. I feel humbled to have an opportunity to provide care throughout your pregnancy, childbirth and parenting journey. I’m able to develop trust and empathy with diverse women, be respectful and engage with every woman. I am passionate about working with families to achieve positive birth experience ensuring that you are fully informed of all your choices and birthplace, and woman-centred care. As a midwife, my philosophy is to provide inclusive maternity care and celebrate diversity.
