I'm Louise & would love to care for you & your Whānau on this very important Journey.

I've been a midwife for 20 years & am passionate about getting to know you & what is important to you! I love working with a diverse range of people & am very down to earth in my approach.

I have practiced Midwifery in Taranaki since 2014, when my 2 children (now young adults), fur babies & I moved here from Southland.

I work with 3 other midwives, who are as passionate & invested as as I am, in providing excellent Midwifery care. We support each other to have time off with our own families, which makes for a healthy work/life balance.

I support birth in the home setting & hospital, the natural birth process & breastfeeding, as well as providing Midwifery care in more complex situations, working alongside other Health professionals as needed.

I take the time to inform & support you during this journey, to make empowering decisions that are individualised & align with your beliefs & cultural values.
