Kia ora and congratulations, my name is Lili (she/they) I am a new LMC midwife based in central Tāmaki Makaurau!

As your midwife I aim to provide individualised care based on you and your whānau's needs, to promote a positive, meaningful and safe experience.

I encourage whānau I care for to feel empowered in their pregnancy journey. Through trusting your body, intuition and engaging in education, so that you feel powerful and informed in the decisions you make.

I view birthing as a natural life event therefore will encourage the use of exercise, spinning babies and naturopathy in my practice to support normal and avoid unnecessary intervention.

I love to support low-risk whānau with waterbirth, births at Birthcare and occasional home birthing, but am experienced in both natural and high-risk birthing, and work with you based on your needs and experience.

It is important to my practice to provide culturally and LGBTQI+ safe care.
