About me
Kia ora, ko Kelly tōku ingoa, he uri ahau nō Ngāti Kauwhata.
Congratulations on your hapūtanga!
Primary midwifery care is at the heart of my practice—I work in partnership with whānau, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and well-supported throughout their journey. I am committed to culturally safe and responsive care within my scope of practice, particularly for wāhine Māori and their whānau, striving to reduce barriers to equitable maternity outcomes.
By fostering trust, advocating for equitable outcomes, and honouring tikanga in birth spaces, I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where every whānau can thrive.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your birthing journey, offering guidance, reassurance, and compassionate care every step of the way.
I take a small caseload of up to 3 whānau per month, and I work alongside 3 other midwives in a supportive group practice in the Horowhenua.
