About me
Kia ora congratulations on your haputanga!
My name is Kahu Collier a local māori wahine that grew up in Kaitaia and have been blessed to birth my 3 tamariki here in the Far North.
Ultimately, my midwifery philosophy is about walking alongside wahine and whānau with compassion, integrity ensuring that every wahine and pēpi are welcomed into the world surrounded by love, respect, and mana motuhake. I am passionate about delivering care that honours tikanga and supports holistic wellbeing. I aim to strengthen connections between wahine and whānau and advocate for equitable access to maternity care.
