Peak Midwives is a very small, intimate and friendly midwifery team. Pregnancy is generally not an illness and we recognise what a special time this is in your life and are available to support you on this exciting journey.

✨Team midwifery is a concept we developed to provide you with the very best care possible. This means always knowing who will be at your birth, never getting a tired midwife and 2 sets of eyes looking over your notes.

✨At Peak Midwives Jo (left) & Sonya (right) will be your main lead maternity carers (LMCs). You will get a chance to meet both of us antenatally so we can build a strong relationship with you and your family.

✨We provide full continuity of care working with you from early pregnancy up to 5 weeks after your baby is born.

Our clinics are based in Havelock North on a Tuesday and Wednesday (in over 500 clinics - we have never cancelled one). Combined, we have over 20 years of experience in low and high risk midwifery and 6 children between us, ranging from Homebirths to elective C-sections. There is no need to engage with your GP/Doctor when you have a confirmed pregnancy test.
