Hi 😀

I'm Jessica, a registered midwife of 14 years. Due to the current shortage of midwives, I'm aware a lot of women are missing out on crucial early pregnancy care while they try to find a midwife.

I'm available to care for women from when you think you may be pregnant, until you have found a midwife, or to 14 -16 weeks where I could transfer your care to the hospital community midwifery team.

My service involves in home visits covering early pregnancy information such as food safety, managing nausea, what to expect while pregnant, order any relevant blood tests, dating scans, early pregnancy screening including NIPT and prescribe early pregnancy vitamins and medications as required. I can also do referrals to any specialists should your medical/obstetric history require it.
