Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy!

I provide care from conception, through pregnancy, labour and birth, and up to 6 weeks postnatally. I follow best-practice, evidence based care and am confident in supporting you to birth at home or in a primary unit, as this is where the research says women who are experiencing low risk pregnancies are safest. I am passionate about supporting you and your whānau to welcome your newest member in these locations. I will only support births at the hospital when medically indicated. If you want to birth there without a medical reason I am not the midwife for you. I am happy to support elective caesareans or VBACs, however my practice chooses not to have epidural certification.

I work with Danu Midwives, our philosophy is based around holistic woman-centred primary care. My back up Amy and I share time on/off call, each working 3.5 days a week as we both have young children. We take small caseloads to ensure we have time to offer every woman individualised care.

Please text me during business hours (Monday- Friday 9am-5pm). Include your full name, date of birth, suburb, NHI number if you know it, the date your last period started/ your estimated due date, and what number baby this is. You will receive a reply to your enquiry during business hours. I run my clinic on a Tuesday morning in St Albans between 9.30am and 1pm.
