I'm Helen, a LMC midwife based in Whangārei. I share my caseload with Rebecca Hamer who you will meet throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.

I work out of Whangārei Midwives Group, my clinic days are Mondays and Tuesdays.

I am passionate about building a strong partnership with you and supporting your informed decisions throughout your care. My commitment is to facilitate physiological birth while using evidence-based practices. I am passionate about facilitating homebirth and calm supportive hospital births should this be where you choose to birth.

I provide antenatal, labour birth, and postnatal care and support up until 6 weeks postpartum.

I provide labour and birth care for homebirth and at Te Kotuku Maternity Unit at Whangārei Hospital.
