Kia ora, congratulations on your pregnancy! What an exciting time for you and your family.

I’m Hannah, a midwife working in the Christchurch area. I have a husband and two school aged children.

I am passionate about providing evidenced based individualised care, using medical intervention when necessary. I believe pregnancy to be a normal life event and it would be an honour to walk alongside you while you travel this path into parenthood.

I work alongside my back up Sarah Harward and four other experienced midwives at Nurture Midwifery. I provide pregnancy appointments on Monday mornings at Oromairaki and on a Thursday afternoon at Kurawaka. I will see you at home once baby is born for 4-6weeks. I provide birth care at Home, Oromairaki, Kurawaka and Rangiora birthing units, as well as Christchurch Women’s Hospital.

I am epidural certified.
