Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I'm a registered midwife living in Palmerston North with my husband, six gorgeous children aged 22-8 years old, three cats and a dog!

My midwifery philosophy is grounded in relationship, respect, and belief in the strength of women. I believe birth unfolds best when people feel safe, informed, and supported.

I strongly believe in whanaungatanga and manaakitanga - nurturing relationships, honouring each person’s dignity and creating an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

There can be an overwhelming amount of information during pregnancy. I’m committed to evidence-informed care, offering clear and balanced information so you can make decisions that are right for you and your whānau.

I will provide individualised care that is specific to your needs and circumstances and I will support you to give birth either at home, at Te Papaioea birthing centre or at Palmerston North hospital.

My clinic is held on Wednesday at 359 Broadway ave, Palmerston North. I will support you to give birth where you choose and then visit you in your home for 4-6 weeks after your baby is born. I work closely with a wonderful group of experienced midwives who support and will cover me when I am off. I look forward to meeting you soon!
