I’m Arahia, a mum of four, born and raised in South Auckland. I have been a qualified midwife for 7 years and feel privileged to support wāhine and whānau through such an important time.

Pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal journey can be both beautiful and challenging. My approach is to provide safe, supportive, and empowering care that is tailored to you. I am passionate about woman-centred care and creating a calm, respectful environment where you feel informed, confident, and heard.

I provide continuity of care throughout your pregnancy, labour, birth, and postnatal period, including secondary care. This means that if your journey changes and you need extra support such as an induction, epidural, or caesarean, I will continue to be involved in your care wherever possible, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
