I am a proud māmā to one amazing kōtiro. I am a Kahu Pōkai based in South Auckland. Whānau sits at the centre of my life and my practice.

Birth is a natural and sacred time where whakapapa is welcomed and whānau are drawn closer together. As a kahu pōkai, I walk alongside whānau through their hapūtanga, birth and postnatal journey, supporting natural and physiological birth, including home birth, in ways that honour tikanga, strengthen whakawhanaungatanga, and uphold mana. I am committed to supporting whānau to reconnect with tikanga Māori birthing practices and to feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their haerenga.
