I’m Aunouska Myer, a midwife since 2006. I trained at the University of Auckland and have worked in Nelson and Samoa, experiences that have shaped my respectful, relationship based approach to care.

I returned to New Zealand in 2023 and now support families from Atawhai to Richmond. I live locally with my husband and our daughters and feel privileged to care for women in our community.

I believe pregnancy and birth are normal, powerful life events. My care is centred on informed choice, continuity, and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I support physiological birth where possible and provide calm, flexible support when plans need to change. I attend both home and hospital births and work closely with Jackie Harte to ensure seamless communication and care.
