Hi, I am Daneke a mother to 4 beautiful babies, I am a LMC midwife who is passionate about supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period. I believe in continuity of care, meaning I’ll be with you throughout your journey—from your first appointment to your baby’s arrival and beyond. Building a trusting relationship helps ensure that your care is personal, relaxed, and based on your individual needs and choices.

I support low-risk pregnancies and births, with a focus on empowering women to make informed decisions about their birthing experience. I aim to create a calm, confident, and safe environment.

I am an advocate for natural birthing and offer waterbirth, with a focus on minimal intervention where appropriate. I do also birth at Middlemore Hospital ensuring continuity of care is nurtured.

I provide midwifery care to families in South and East Auckland with appointments taking place in clinic at Botany Downs Birth birthing unit.
