Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am a registered midwife based in Invercargill.

I’m originally from Wales where I practised as a community midwife. I moved to New Zealand to follow my passion to provide continuity of care, and building meaningful relationships with those I support during pregnancy.

The relationship between a midwife and wāhine/women/birthing people and their whānau is a very special one. I am able to provide midwifery care through your pregnancy and for up to 6 weeks postnatally.

As an LMC, my aim is to empower and be an advocate for you; to provide you with safe and evidence based care that allows you to make the best decisions for you and your whānau.

Whilst pregnancy/hapūtanga and birth are 'normal' life events, I recognise that this is not the case for everyone. I will work in partnership with you to provide individualised care, with you at the centre.

From October I will be working with Holly Morton, with both of us supporting you through your haputanga/pregnancy.
