Congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Sandy Wen, and I am a registered midwife.

I have a strong background in hospital-based maternity care, having previously worked at North Shore Hospital before moving into LMC practice. I provide continuity of care for women and their whānau throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I support births at North Shore Hospital and Waitākere Hospital.

As a midwife, I feel privileged to walk alongside women throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early parenting journey. I believe strongly in the physiological process of birth and am passionate about providing woman-centred, informed, and respectful care. I value partnership, trust, and open communication, ensuring you feel supported and confident in all your choices.

I enjoy working with women and families from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a calm, supportive environment that promotes a positive and empowering birth experience.

I hold clinic appointments on Saturdays.
