Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Ko Severine tōku ingoa. I am originally from France and have lived in Aotearoa since 2008. I have a background as a core midwife at Te Whatu Ora MidCentral DHB. I am epidural certified and confidently support a wide range of birth choices, so you can choose the path that feels right for you.

I will offer continuity of care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and your postnatal period. Antenatal appointments are at our Pirie Street practice, and postnatal visits are usually in your home.

I keep a small caseload of 3–4 clients per month and work closely with my Positive Birth colleagues and the wider maternity system when necessary.

My approach is grounded in partnership, whakawhanaungatanga, shared decision-making, and culturally safe care that honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
