Welcome on your new pregnancy journey.

My name is Claire, I arrived from Ireland in 2021 and am loving my Midwifery role in Taranaki with women and their families. My clinic practice is based in Ōkato, New Plymouth at the ‘Ōkato Wellness Hub’.

I appreciate that pregnancy and birthing can be a profound time of reflection and change. Within your journey I am most interested in how you and your family experience wholeness, through practical care, celebration and witness of your vulnerability and strengths. I bring with me an extensive background in Homeopathy and am currently training in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral therapy.

As a mother of 3 homebirth boys, I am happy for home or hospital birth preference.

So far I usually only work from Base Hospital, New Plymouth, rather than Hawera hospital.
