Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I am a mum to my gorgeous son, and a practising midwife working within the team at Halswell Village Midwives.

I provide continuity of care in the pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal period with the wellbeing and safety of you and your baby at the centre of my care. I believe birth is a profoundly significant life event for both the birthing person and the baby, and I have a holistic approach to ensure that care is personalised and supportive. I am passionate about empowering you with the knowledge, resources, and support in your pregnancy to make informed decisions about your care, to actively participate in the birthing process, and for your transition into parenthood. I endeavour to support you to feel confident and in control of your birthing experience.

I support women birthing at home, in local primary units, and Christchurch Women's hospital when a complexity arises in your care.
