My belief as a mother and a midwife is that pregnancy is a normal life event. It is my job to ensure the health of you and your baby, valuing the physical, nutritional, spiritual, cultural and factors that impact on your pregnancy. You will be supported and feel confident through your pregnancy, helping you create a strong mind in approaching your labour.

I will work in partnership with you, your family, other experienced midwives and specialists (if required) to ensure a well mum and baby.

My responsibilities as your midwife include: Listening to your needs, Giving you the best possible care according to your needs throughout the pregnancy, Ensuring you are able to make informed decisions by providing you with the tools necessary, Providing full Antenatal Care, Providing full Postnatal Care at hospital and home, Breastfeeding guidance and support, Being on-call 24/7 for labours or emergency care while on call.

I have an access agreement at both Tauranga Hospital and Bethlehem Birthing Centre.
