I’ve spent over seven years supporting māmā & families — from remote rural communities to big cities, across homes, hospitals and birth centres. My experience has given me a deep respect for natural birth and what becomes possible when we trust it.

Something I feel strongly about is that you leave every appointment feeling truly informed. It matters to me that you feel confident to make the choices that are right for you and your whānau.

Home birth is where my heart is. There’s nothing quite so special as supporting māmā to birth in their own home, surrounded by comfort, familiarity, and the freedom to labour however feels right.

Born and raised in Tauranga, I’m now raising my own family here. I’m a mama to a four-year-old daughter and a baby boy, recently born at home. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher and it continues to deepen both my perspective and my care.
