I’m Andi, a Lead Maternity Carer (LMC) midwife offering holistic, personalised and whānau-centred care, with a special passion for physiological birth and home birth.

I believe birth is a beautiful, powerful and deeply personal experience. My role is to walk alongside you, listen to what matters to you, and support your choices around birth — whether you are planning a home birth, or a hospital birth at Wellington Regional Hospital or Kenepuru Primary Unit.

Originally from Hungary, I spent many years living in Germany before making Wellington my home nine years ago. I’m also a mother of three children, and becoming a mother myself has shaped the way I care for and support families. I understand how special, exciting and sometimes overwhelming this journey can feel.

I work alongside the wonderful team at Domino Midwives, with antenatal clinics held in Newtown and postnatally I will visit you at home for 4-6 weeks.

I feel incredibly privileged to support women and whānau through pregnancy, birth and those precious first weeks with their baby. My hope is that you feel safe, heard, informed and confident throughout your journey.
