Each pregnancy, birth and early days with a new baby is such a precious time for a family— the care you receive should reflect that. I provide caring midwifery that supports the many pathways pregnancy can lead, both straightforward and the occasionally more challenging. Prior to becoming an LMC midwife, I worked in Middlemore’s Birthing Unit and high-risk antenatal ward; here, I gained expertise in both primary and more complex settings. This foundation has provided a confidence that we can work together throughout your care to make it a positive, enriching and safe experience that centres your particular needs. I work in a sustainable shared-care team approach with five other skilled midwives. Our antenatal clinics are in Cavendish Drive, Takanini and Papakura. We attend births primarily in Middlemore Hospital, and provide postnatal visits in your home to look after you and your baby for the first 4-6 weeks.
