I have been a midwife for 10 years and still adore my calling! I am a warm, humorous, mature woman who adores her career as a midwife. I have worked as a Doula, Childbirth Educator, Naturopath and Nanny prior to becoming a midwife which means I have an array of skills to share with you and yours with the "continuity of care" model.

I believe in POSITIVE births and I like to focus on the individual needs of every woman to ensure she has the best care for her AND her baby. I provide safe, sensible, realistic care including hospital birth, waterbirth, home birth, high risk, bariatric, diabetic, neurodiverse and everything in between!

I choose to support women in Waitemata only, which has good midwifery support, high levels of expertise and specialist staff. I may share your postnatal care with a specialist postnatal midwife after you are discharged from wherever you birth to ensure you have access to a midwife close to your home.
