About me
Kia ora, I’m a midwife and mum of four, offering personalised midwifery care through my small practice, Te Mata Midwifery, in Havelock North.
With over 15 years’ experience in hospital and community settings across Aotearoa, I support both low- and high-risk pregnancies, and a wide range of birth choices — from home and water births to complex hospital births.
I also offer acupuncture, acupressure, and moxa where safe and appropriate at no cost as part of my midwifery care, and I mentor new midwives as they grow into the profession.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the garden, cooking, spending time with my children, and walking the tracks at Te Mata Peak.
