My name is Amanda, and I am a midwife in the Auckland region. Midwifery is in my blood—I come from a family of midwives, with both my mother and grandmother devoted to this calling. With over 15 years of experience as a highly skilled midwife, I’ve had the privilege of working across both China and New Zealand, blending a legacy of traditional wisdom with modern, evidence-based practices. My approach centres on providing compassionate, individualised care tailored to the needs and preferences of each family.

I believe in empowering parents through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, ensuring a confident and connected start to parenthood.

I typically keep my caseload small as I believe in the quality of care.
