About me
Kia ora and congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Ruby and I work as an LMC midwife in the Queenstown Lakes region. I am very passionate about supporting women and families through this special journey. I have a strong belief that pregnancy and birth are normal life events, therefore, it is my role to empower you to feel confident while providing you with evidence-based research which in turn helps you to feel safe and positive about your pregnancy and childbirth journey.
I provide care from any stage of pregnancy up to 6 weeks postpartum, tailored to your needs including working collaboratively with other health professionals. I run a clinic at Lakes Hospital during the week and offer home birth or birth at Lakes hospital. I work with a supportive team of midwives to ensure you have the best care possible.
