I'm Helen, a LMC midwife based in Whangārei.

I am passionate about building a strong partnership with you and supporting your informed decisions throughout your care. My commitment is to facilitate physiological birth while using evidence-based practices. I provide antenatal, labour birth, and postnatal care and support up until 6 weeks postpartum.

I work out of Whangārei Midwives Group.

I am available to provide labour and birth care at both home and at Te Kotuku Maternity Unit at Whangārei Hospital.

I work alongside Rebecca Hamer, my backup partner, who will care for and support you should I be unavailable.
