Kia Ora. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I'm Elaine, a midwife based in Pukekohe, originally from South Africa and a proud mother of two. I am dedicated to providing holistic, women/whānau-centred midwifery care. I’m passionate about supporting parents every step of the way, empowering you with knowledge so you can make informed choices that feel right for you and your family/whānau. I currently only offer primary care either at the Pukekohe Birthing Unit or home. To ensure personalised and attentive care, I keep a small caseload, allowing me to focus on building strong relationships with the families/whānau I support. I’m part of Franklin Midwives, a collaborative team of midwives who work together in ensuring balanced care, that includes taking alternate weekends off for a healthy work-life balance. This teamwork enables us to offer consistent and dedicated care to our community.
